Apple only develop stores in high growth and demand areas.

These are the areas we like to buy property in.

This means that property prices get high rent , but also get Capital Growth

Look at every apple store and see if this area is good to buy and make money in Real Estate.

Apple’s seventh “Apple Store” in “Sydney’ is to open this Saturday in the near-CBD location of Broadway, and while this presumably means Apple’s flagship store on the corner of George and King Sts is still the flagship, Apple can now cater ever better to all those in the CBD and surrounds wanting and needing its products and services.

Apple’s seventh “Sydney” store is opening in Broadway this Saturday, from 10am, with Broadway being in between the Sydney CBD and the inner-city suburbs of Glebe and Ultimo, home to a massive uni student population, Chinatown popular, CBD population and inner-west/inner-city population.’s-official-new-sydney-broadway-apple-store-opening-sat-10am

The store joins those other “Sydney” stores in George St, Chatswood, Bondi Junction, Hornsby, Castle Hill and Penrith, with the other NSW store being Charlestown near Newcastle.

Gizmodo had news of Siri divulging the “secret” of Apple’s new Broadway store yesterday, with a reader informing the site of Siri’s secret-spilling.

Apple’s own site now confirms the store opening, which you can see here.

The store address is “Shop 305-307 Broadway Shopping Centre, Broadway NSW 2007”, with the phone number listed as “02 8035 4000”.
