NSW - BOX HILL - The next North West Growth Centre

Box Hill & Box Hill Industrial draft Precinct Plans

Box Hill Industrial Precinct is one of the second release precincts in the North West Growth Centre.
It is bounded by Edwards Road to the north, Windsor Road and Killarney Chain of Ponds to the west, and Hynds Road and Annangrove Road to the south east.

Below maps will give you an idea of where it is. Look closely at What is there now and what surround the area. They are submitted Plans and what could happen in the area.

FIRST WHERE THE HELL IS IT ? Where in Sydney ? Where are the Trains ? Where are the Freeways?
NEXT WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE NOW?

NEXT WHAT WILL IT LOOK LIKE?

I love this map below because it shows new roads proposed in the area. This is really helpful in working out property values in the neighbourhood and what could happen to the value once these roads are built.

A REALLY GOOD Demographic Study was done. Bare in mind the 2011 Stats are not included from the census and much is 2006. Be great to compare results with 2011 Census...

These can be useful in understanding Future and present population and residental needs.

What will this mean for BOX HILL. Will it be the next opportunity for investors to buy land and sell houses. Or could the Industrial opportunities be a realistic outcome of the area?

The NSW Department of Planning and Infrastructure is seeking comments on two draft plans relating to housing and employment lands in western Sydney.
