Eastwood unveils new rooftop plunge pool and spa


Developer Pellicano Group has unveiled a rooftop plunge pool and spa at its Eastwood Apartments development now under construction at Woolloongabba, as part of the latest sales drive at the luxury $43 million project.

Residents will experience one of the most stunning views in Brisbane from Eastwood’s rooftop garden, which will come complete with a sun deck, BBQ facilities, al fresco big screen cinema and private rooftop plunge pool and spa.

Pellicano Group joint managing director Nando Pellicano said the rooftop garden had been a significant selling point and the plunge pool and spa was an important addition to the array of resort style amenities already on offer at Eastwood Apartments.

Located at the northern end of the rooftop, the plunge pool and spa enjoys views directly across the Brisbane CBD and eastern suburbs.

The eight-level Eastwood Apartments, which commenced construction in May, will comprise 82 studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments, with remaining apartments priced from $339,000, including a secure car space.
