Draft Logan Planning Scheme 2014
Logan City is a great place to live, learn, work and play, and more people are moving here every year. We are expected to grow from our current population of 293,000, to 430,000 over the next twenty years.
To ensure a sustainable future and to help maintain Logan's current lifestyle, Logan City Council is planning for this projected growth through the Draft Logan Planning Scheme 2014.
The draft scheme replaces the city's three existing planning schemes with a single planning scheme, and reduces red tape by simplifying rules and using a structure consistent with State Government requirements.
