ALERT BE AHEAD OF THE PACK. JUMP ON THIS NOW BEFORE GAZETTED

ALERT BE AHEAD OF THE PACK. JUMP ON THIS NOW BEFORE GAZETTED - THIS IS HOW YOU GET RICH.
It happened last in Parramatta , but its too late there now. But this is next chance.

Be ahead of the Pack, target those areas and push harder to the council using their own plan.
This is a draft for sure. But it has advantages. secrets !!!!!!!!!

With my experience it is a hint to where you can push harder.

Push harder means that you can use this plan for current situations to do more on a property then the current plan.

It is a great way to talk with an independent town planner and council and maybe get a higher density or concessions on a current block of land.

This is a great time to do Mark Rolton's training technique in Options.

Look at map http://www.strategy.planning.nsw.gov.au/illawarra/wp-content/uploads/sites/5/2014/10/DPE_J14-712_Illawarra_Map_web.pdf
even go to the council and get street for street.
Read this too

Now look at what changes could be made to certain blocks of land. ESPECIALLY around
transport. Train and Bus etc. Councils will let you do stupidly profitable changes next door to major Bus Stops or Train stations. Yes you can get it approved now. before the plan is finalised.

Below is the release.
STOP LOOKING AT THE AREA YOU ARE LOOKING AT NOW .
THIS IS WHEN YOU DROP EVERYTHING AND RUSH ON AN AREA AND SEE IF THERE IS ANYTHING WITH POTENTIAL.
WHY BECAUSE THE PRICE OF LAND WILL NOT CHANGE AND YOU CAN PICK UP A DEAL.
YOU CAN EVEN NEGOTIATE AN OPTION OR BUY UP CURRENT STOCK OWNER DIRECT.
RIGHT NOW. I WOULD TAKE THE RISK IF NEAR A HUB.

The NSW Government today released the Draft Illawarra Regional Growth and Infrastructure Plan, which outlines how the Illawarra could grow to accommodate an increase in population of 65,250 between now and 2031.

The key to the Illawarra’s ongoing prosperity will be growing the economy to create the 32,150 new jobs and 45,000 new homes that a larger population will need.

The draft Plan explains how it can be done:
  • by maximising the region's strategic assets;
  • delivering housing, jobs and infrastructure when and where they are needed; and
  • by preserving the environment and the lifestyle opportunities that make the region so appealing for residents and visitors.
